in order for a lead to go from cold to hot, you need to walk alongside them, relate to them, and position yourself as the solution to their problem. I map out a strategy for the type of emails to go within your email sequence and in what order they should be delivered for maximum connection and conversion.
copywriting
your copy is what creates clients. after doing extensive target audience research to discover their biggest struggles, I write all of your copy to: 1) build an emotional connection, and 2) position you as the solution to their problems (which translates into more sales!).
tech set up
once your emails have been written, I build the emails into your email service provider and deploy all automations to ensure your customers are getting the right information sent to them in the right order and at the right time.
monitoring
once your funnel is activated, I monitor its performance over the next 60 days and make adjustments as needed.

getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3
BOOK:
First, fill out an application HERE, and if we are a good fit, you’ll receive the link to book a call with me, so I can learn more about your goals. If we decide to work together, you will be emailed a link with my availability, an invoice for $3,000 (50% to be paid upfront), and our agreement.
QUESTIONNAIRE:
Once your 50% non-refundable deposit is paid, you’ll receive a pre-work questionnaire where you will tell me all about your business, your target audience, your brand, your goals, and your offer (if you have one!). This helps me get a feel for your brand voice, tone, and style, so I am better able to sound like you in your copy. The questionnaire will need to be completed and submitted at least one week prior to your scheduled VIP week.
STRATEGY:
On the first official day of your VIP week, we’ll have a 1:1 60-minute strategy call via Zoom to review all of the onboarding materials you submitted, set expectations, and to get crystal clear on the outcome you’re wanting.
GET TO WORK:
I will then spend the next week working on your project (and only your project)! You don’t need to be glued to your phone or your computer by any means. I only ask that you make yourself available via Voxer or voice memo to answer any questions that might come up throughout the week. Besides that, I will handle it all – the strategy, the copywriting, the design, and the tech implementation and automation of your email funnel. The turnaround time is 7 business days from the date of our initial strategy call.
OFFBOARDING:
After I complete your project, you will receive an off-boarding email with a Loom video walkthrough and guided tutorial on how to make future changes and edits within your email service provider. Keep in mind, over the next 60 days, I will be monitoring your funnel and making adjustments as need. I will be available for any questions or edit requests that may come up!
How does it work?
the process
Do you offer payment plans for VIP weeks?
Yes! VIP weeks are usually on a 50/50 payment schedule, meaning 50% is due at the time of signing (this is a non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot), and 50% is due one week before the start of your VIP week (this is your final payment). Your invoice must be paid in full prior to the start of our VIP week. Otherwise, you will lose your spot.
That being said, I can break payments up into as many as 3 requiring only 30% to secure your project date. Keep in mind that all three payments must be paid in full prior to your project’s start date.
How far in advance should I book my VIP week?
Your VIP week must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance to give you enough time to complete the onboarding materials. If you're curious as to when my next available VIP week is, reach out via my contact form.
I schedule a limited number of VIP weeks per month, so if you have a specific date in mind, reach out ASAP to ensure I have availability!
Can I get a refund? What if I need to reschedule?
That’s a negative on the refund, Ghostrider. However, I do understand that life happens and stuff comes up, so I’ll do my best to reschedule as long as you’ve given 72-hour notice.
Who is a good fit for the VIP week?
If you are an online service provider who is wanting to build a business WITHOUT social media (you might also feel overwhelmed with email marketing in general, but you know you need to implement it ASAP to protect your business), this VIP week is perfect for you.
On the flip side, the VIP week is NOT a good fit for you if you’re unclear on who your ideal client is, what his/her pain points are, and how you can help him/her.
How quickly will this project be completed?
Unless we decide on something different, the turnaround time is 7 business days from the date of our initial strategy call. Rush packages are available at 150% of the listed price.

What does a typical timeline look like during the VIP week?
Prior to the start of the week, you will fill out an in-depth questionnaire about your brand, your target audience, your offerings, and your goals.
On Monday of your VIP week (around 12pm MT), we will have a 1:1 strategy call to review the questionnaire, talk details, and discuss deliverables and outcomes… then I get to work!
I will then spend the remainder of the week (excluding the weekend!) working on your project and only your project. My work hours are 12pm MT until 5pm MT.
Come end of day the following Monday, your project will be complete!
Do I need to be available the entire week?
With the exception of our initial 1:1 strategy call, nope! The in-depth pre-work questionnaire and our 1:1 strategy call should give me all of the information I need to get the job done. If I have a specific question, I will voice memo it or send it via Voxer (whichever we decide on together during our strategy call). I just ask that you get back to me within 24 hours.
Are edits included?
Yes! I don’t cap the number of edits you receive because I want you to be 100% satisfied and completely confident in your copy.
What if I need more support post-project?
You will have 60-days post-project support to ask any questions that come up. During that time, I will be monitoring your funnel's performance and make adjustments as needed. If you decide you would like to keep working together on a monthly basis, you will have priority access to my calendar.
What will I need to do after the fact?
After your funnel is set up and activated, there’s little to no work that needs to be done. However, a funnel doesn’t function without a plan to promote and market your lead magnet. Included in your offboarding will be a Google doc with alternative ways to market your freebie off of social media.
